Don't take the internet for granted folks. what you have to do if it bothers you is to focus on the morons who maintain it. Recently, during the last nor'easter, we lost connectivity with the internet for 5 days.
It was hell, no banking, no weather announcements, no email, It was like being cut off from civilization. But more than that I realized how much the Internet companies do not care about you except when the money slows down to their coffers. We were down for 5 days, Not once did I talk to a human, just prerecorded slop that gave me no answers or satisfaction.
